Job Description
The Human Resources professional is responsible for managing and supporting a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, compliance, training, and performance management. This role ensures smooth HR processes, fosters employee engagement, and aligns HR practices with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding

Assist in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.

Coordinate offer letters, contracts, and onboarding documentation.

Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
Employee Relations & Engagement

Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries.

Support employee engagement, well-being, and retention initiatives.

Address employee concerns and escalate when necessary.
HR Operations & Compliance

Maintain and update employee records and HR systems.

Assist with payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
