Job Description
The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding new hires. This role focuses on attracting top talent, building strong candidate pipelines, and ensuring a positive hiring experience while aligning recruitment strategies with organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition

Source candidates using job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.

Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for suitability.

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and expectations.

Manage job postings and employer branding initiatives.
Recruitment Process Management

Conduct reference checks and background verification.

Prepare offer letters and manage the hiring and onboarding process.

Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.

Ensure timely closure of open positions with quality hires.
Candidate Engagement

Manage candidate communication to ensure a smooth hiring experience.

Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

Represent the organization at career fairs and recruitment events.
Reporting & Compliance

Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire).
