Job Description

The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding new hires. This role focuses on attracting top talent, building strong candidate pipelines, and ensuring a positive hiring experience while aligning recruitment strategies with organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Source candidates using job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.

  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for suitability.

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and expectations.

  • Manage job postings and employer branding initiatives.

Recruitment Process Management

  • Conduct reference checks and background verification.

  • Prepare offer letters and manage the hiring and onboarding process.

  • Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.

  • Ensure timely closure of open positions with quality hires.

Candidate Engagement

  • Manage candidate communication to ensure a smooth hiring experience.

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

  • Represent the organization at career fairs and recruitment events.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire).

  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies and labor laws.

  • Support HR with workforce planning and market insights.
