Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from identifying talent needs and sourcing candidates to onboarding successful hires. This role focuses on attracting high-quality candidates, strengthening employer branding, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience while aligning recruitment strategies with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Sourcing

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and role requirements.

  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and headhunting.

  • Manage job postings and recruitment marketing campaigns to attract top talent.

  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and future roles.

Recruitment Process Management

  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ skills and cultural fit.

  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.

  • Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and final selections.

  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

Employer Branding & Candidate Experience

  • Represent the organization at job fairs, career events, and networking opportunities.

  • Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.

  • Maintain consistent and professional communication with candidates to enhance the hiring experience.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire).

  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.

  • Ensure recruitment processes comply with labor laws and company policies.

  • Provide recruitment insights and market intelligence to support workforce planning.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 2–5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, employer branding, and ATS systems.

  • Excellent interviewing, assessment, and negotiation skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
