Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from identifying talent needs and sourcing candidates to onboarding successful hires. This role focuses on attracting high-quality candidates, strengthening employer branding, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience while aligning recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Sourcing

Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and role requirements.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and headhunting.

Manage job postings and recruitment marketing campaigns to attract top talent.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and future roles.
Recruitment Process Management

Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ skills and cultural fit.

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.

Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and final selections.

Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience

Represent the organization at job fairs, career events, and networking opportunities.

Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.

Maintain consistent and professional communication with candidates to enhance the hiring experience.
Reporting & Compliance

Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire).

Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.

Ensure recruitment processes comply with labor laws and company policies.

Provide recruitment insights and market intelligence to support workforce planning.
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

2–5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role.

Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, employer branding, and ATS systems.

Excellent interviewing, assessment, and negotiation skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
