Job Description

The Ecommerce Specialist is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the company’s ecommerce platform(s). This includes product listing management, website functionality, SEO (Search Engine Optimization), online marketing, and ensuring smooth daily operations of online stores. The specialist collaborates with cross-functional teams to optimize the online shopping experience, drive sales, and manage online promotional campaigns.Manage Online Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the ecommerce platform (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Amazon). Ensure accurate product listings, pricing, and inventory management. Coordinate with fulfillment teams to ensure timely shipping and delivery. Resolve customer inquiries and issues related to the ecommerce platform. Optimize Product Listings: Create, update, and optimize product descriptions, images, and specifications to enhance product pages. Ensure products are SEO-friendly and optimized for search engines to increase organic traffic. Monitor product performance and update listings based on sales data, customer feedback, and trends.
