We are looking for a result-oriented Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations, ensure smooth execution of processes, and drive efficiency across departments. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day business operations across departments

• Implement and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for smooth functioning

• Collaborate with sales, counselling, and academic teams to ensure seamless learner journey

• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts effectively

• Track performance metrics, prepare reports, and recommend improvements

• Drive cost efficiency while maintaining service quality

• Lead and mentor operations staff to achieve business objectives

• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations
