Job Description
The Human Resources Intern will provide support to the HR department in day-to-day operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, HR documentation, and administrative tasks. This internship offers hands-on experience across various HR functions, helping the intern develop practical knowledge of HR practices and workplace management.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding

Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.

Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

Support in preparing offer letters and onboarding documentation.

Help organize induction and orientation programs.
HR Operations & Administration

Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

Assist with attendance, leave tracking, and payroll support.

Draft HR letters, memos, and basic correspondence.

Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
Employee Engagement & Support

Contribute to organizing employee engagement activities and events.

Assist in surveys, feedback collection, and employee communication.

Provide support in handling routine HR queries.
Training & Development Support
