Job Description
The HR Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll assistance, compliance, and HR documentation. The role ensures smooth HR processes, fosters employee engagement, and supports the organization’s overall people strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding

Source, screen, and schedule interviews with candidates.

Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and joining formalities.

Conduct induction and orientation programs for new employees.
Employee Relations & Engagement

Act as the first point of contact for employee queries.

Support employee engagement activities and initiatives.

Assist in handling employee grievances and concerns.
HR Operations & Compliance

Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems.

Assist in payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies.
