Job Description
The LMS Associate will be responsible for building and maintaining courses on the Canvas Learning Management System (LMS) and ensuring high-quality learning experiences. This includes creating and formatting course content, developing assessments, managing course assets, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver accessible and accurate learning materials. The role requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain courses in Canvas LMS in alignment with instructional design guidelines.

Develop, format, and organize content pages, quizzes, assignments, and documents while maintaining accessibility standards.

Create and manage course assets that meet quality and consistency benchmarks.

Build and edit content on CMS platforms.

Conduct QA/QC reviews to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with standards.

Troubleshoot LMS-related issues during course setup and delivery.
