Job Description
The HR Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. This role ensures timely hiring of qualified talent, supports workforce planning, and delivers a positive candidate experience while aligning recruitment practices with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.

Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates.

Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.

Draft and manage job postings to attract suitable applicants.

Conduct reference checks and assist with background verification.

Manage offer letters, negotiations, and onboarding formalities.

Maintain recruitment records, databases, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
