Job Description

The HR Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day human resources operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll assistance, compliance, and HR administration. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth HR processes, employee engagement, and alignment of HR practices with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Source, screen, and schedule interviews with candidates.

  • Prepare offer letters, contracts, and onboarding documentation.

  • Conduct induction and orientation programs for new hires.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries.

  • Support employee engagement initiatives and well-being activities.

  • Assist in handling grievances and escalating when necessary.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain and update employee records in HR databases.

  • Support payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies.

  • Prepare HR reports and metrics for management.

Performance & Training Support

  • Assist in the performance appraisal process.

  • Help organize training programs and learning activities.
