Job Description
The HR Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day human resources operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll assistance, compliance, and HR administration. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth HR processes, employee engagement, and alignment of HR practices with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding

Source, screen, and schedule interviews with candidates.

Prepare offer letters, contracts, and onboarding documentation.

Conduct induction and orientation programs for new hires.
Employee Relations & Engagement

Act as the first point of contact for employee queries.

Support employee engagement initiatives and well-being activities.

Assist in handling grievances and escalating when necessary.
HR Operations & Compliance

Maintain and update employee records in HR databases.

Support payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies.
