Job Description

The Finance Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end financial operations, including vendor and client payments, employee reimbursements, salary processing, statutory compliance, and banking activities. The role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and adherence to regulatory timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Salary & Reimbursements

• Process monthly salaries through payroll systems or ERP.

• Manage employee, vendor, and client reimbursements with proper documentation.

• Maintain accurate records of expense claims and approvals.

Vendor & Client Payments

• Process vendor bills and ensure timely payments as per agreed terms.

• Follow up with clients for outstanding payments via calls and emails.

• Monitor payment milestones and ensure closure of receivables and payables.

Payment Follow-ups

• Draft and send professional reminders to clients and vendors.

• Maintain a structured payment tracker and escalate delays when necessary.

• Collaborate with sales and procurement teams to update payment status.

Banking Operations

• Conduct cheque deposits, fund transfers, and account reconciliations.

• Handle challan payments for statutory dues such as GST, TDS, PF, and ESI.

• Maintain professional relationships with bank representatives.

Statutory Compliance

• Ensure timely filing and payment of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory obligations.

• Prepare and submit challans within deadlines.

• Support auditors and consultants during compliance reviews.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate and organized records of all financial transactions.

• Generate MIS reports for management decision-making.

• Assist in both internal and external audits.
