Job Description
The HR Executive will manage and support day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, compliance, and HR documentation. This role ensures smooth HR processes, promotes employee engagement, and supports organizational growth through effective people management.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding

Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.

Prepare offer letters, contracts, and manage joining formalities.

Conduct orientation and onboarding programs for new hires.
Employee Relations & Engagement

Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and grievances.

Support employee engagement, recognition, and well-being initiatives.

Promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
HR Operations & Compliance

Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.

Assist with payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.

Generate HR reports and dashboards for management review.
