Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager to lead and oversee general accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and transparency in financial reporting. This role requires a strong foundation in accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting, with the ability to provide strategic insights that support decision-making and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting:

• Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with strict adherence to accounting standards.

• Ensure all reports reflect accuracy, compliance, and transparency across financial operations.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

• Collaborate with leadership teams to prepare budgets and financial forecasts for multiple projects.

• Track actual results against planned budgets and provide variance analysis with actionable insights.

Financial Analysis:

• Perform detailed financial analysis, including ROI assessment, cash flow projections, and scenario-based sensitivity analysis.

• Deliver data-driven recommendations to support decisions on investments, asset management, and financial strategies.

General Ledger Management:

• Supervise the general ledger process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and monthly closing activities.

• Ensure proper documentation, classification, and accounting for all transactions, including operations, leasing, and financing activities.
