Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to manage and oversee core accounting and finance functions. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and supporting financial decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, ledgers, and reports.

Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely collections and payments.

Reconcile bank statements and monitor financial transactions.

Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audit processes.

Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory tax requirements.

Track and monitor cash flow to support business operations.

Provide financial analysis and insights to aid management decisions.

Supervise and guide junior accounting staff when required.
