The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes within the organization. Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Staffing

    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.

    • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, resolving conflicts fairly and professionally.

    • Implement engagement initiatives to improve retention and morale.

  • Performance Management

    • Design and implement performance appraisal systems.

    • Support managers in setting performance goals and providing feedback.

    • Identify training and development needs.

  • HR Policies & Compliance

    • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.

    • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

    • Maintain employee records and HR documentation accurately.
