Job Description

The HR Operations role is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of HR services, processes, and systems that support the employee lifecycle. This position focuses on operational excellence, compliance, and process improvement while supporting employees, managers, and HR leadership.

Key Responsibilities

HR Administration & Employee Lifecycle

  • Manage employee onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding processes.

  • Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems (HRIS/HRMS).

  • Ensure timely preparation of employment contracts, letters, and documentation.

Payroll & Benefits Administration

  • Support payroll processing and resolve related queries.

  • Administer employee benefits (healthcare, retirement plans, leave management).

  • Coordinate with finance and external vendors for payroll and benefits.

HR Policies & Compliance

  • Implement and enforce HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements.

  • Assist in audits and reporting as required by management or authorities.

HR Systems & Reporting

  • Maintain and optimize HR technology platforms.

  • Generate and analyze HR metrics and dashboards (headcount, turnover, leave, etc.).

  • Support digital transformation initiatives within HR.

Employee Support

  • Serve as a first point of contact for HR queries.

  • Provide guidance on HR processes, benefits, and policies.

  • Promote a positive employee experience through efficient HR services.

Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency.

  • Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
