Job Description
The HR Operations Specialist is responsible for managing and supporting the day-to-day HR processes that ensure a smooth employee experience across the organization. This role focuses on HR administration, compliance, HR systems, payroll support, and process improvement, while serving as a key point of contact for employees and managers.
Key Responsibilities
HR Administration & Employee Lifecycle

Administer onboarding, employee records, job changes, and offboarding processes.

Prepare and maintain HR documentation such as contracts, letters, and forms.

Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee information in HR systems (HRIS/HRMS).
Payroll & Benefits Support

Assist with payroll preparation and resolve employee payroll queries.

Administer employee benefits (healthcare, leave, retirement, etc.).

Collaborate with finance and external vendors for payroll/benefits processes.
Compliance & Policy Management

Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

Support audits and reporting requirements.

Help update and enforce HR policies and procedures.
HR Systems & Reporting

Maintain HR technology platforms and support system improvements.

Generate HR reports and dashboards (headcount, turnover, leave data, etc.).

Ensure data integrity and confidentiality of HR records.
Employee Support

Act as first point of contact for employee HR queries.

Provide guidance on policies, benefits, and HR processes.

Contribute to a positive and seamless employee experience.
Process Improvement & Projects

Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes.

Support HR projects such as system upgrades, engagement initiatives, and compliance programs.
