Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Chartered Accountant (CA), preferably based in Jaipur, with proven expertise in international finance operations and treasury management. This senior role will focus on managing foreign exchange exposure, cross-border transactions, derivatives, and banking relations. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of global financial instruments, regulatory frameworks, and risk management strategies to support financial growth and stability.

Key Responsibilities

1. Foreign Exchange & Treasury Management

• Develop and execute hedging strategies to minimize foreign exchange risks.

• Monitor global currency trends and recommend optimal conversion strategies.

• Manage derivative products such as forwards, options, and swaps.

2. International Financial Transactions

• Handle inward and outward remittances in line with FEMA and RBI regulations.

• Oversee cross-border settlements, reconciliations, and fund transfers.

• Coordinate with global stakeholders on international investments and returns.

3. Banking & Institutional Relationships

• Build and maintain strong partnerships with domestic and international banks.

• Negotiate favorable forex rates, banking charges, and credit facilities.

• Manage documentation related to Letters of Credit (LCs) and other trade instruments.

4. Compliance & Financial Reporting

• Ensure compliance with FEMA, RBI, and international financial regulations.

• Prepare detailed reports on forex exposure, remittance activities, and investment performance.

• Work closely with auditors and consultants to validate global financial transactions.
