Job Description

The HR Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources team and employees. This role is responsible for coordinating HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, benefits administration, and general HR support. The HR Coordinator ensures smooth HR operations while helping foster a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

HR Administration & Employee Support

  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems (HRIS/HRMS).

  • Prepare HR documents, contracts, and correspondence.

  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.

  • Assist in maintaining compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Support the recruitment process by posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

  • Coordinate pre-employment checks and prepare offer letters.

  • Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation programs.

Payroll & Benefits Assistance

  • Support payroll preparation by gathering attendance and leave data.

  • Assist employees with benefits enrollment and related queries.

  • Maintain accurate leave and absence records.

Employee Engagement & Training

  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and HR events.

  • Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and performance review schedules.

  • Provide administrative support for HR initiatives and programs.

HR Reporting & Compliance

  • Generate reports on headcount, turnover, leave, and other HR metrics.

  • Support HR audits and compliance documentation.

  • Ensure confidentiality and data integrity of employee information.
