Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage invoicing and daily accounting functions at our Jaipur location. The role requires practical experience in invoice generation, record-keeping, and working knowledge of accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, Xero, or similar platforms.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, verify, and process invoices accurately and on time.

Maintain systematic records of invoices, receipts, and payments.

Ensure accuracy in billing and promptly resolve discrepancies.

Enter and update accounting data using Tally ERP and other relevant accounting tools.

Support daily accounting activities and assist with month-end closing.

Coordinate with clients and internal teams regarding invoice and payment-related matters.

Maintain proper documentation and assist with audits and statutory compliance.
