Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Expert specializing in Performance Marketing and SEO. The role involves strategizing, executing, and optimizing high-budget ad campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn platforms, while driving organic growth through advanced SEO practices. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in paid advertising, lead generation, technical SEO, and campaign analytics, with a proven track record of delivering measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Strategize, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.

  • Conduct audience research, segmentation, and retargeting to maximize ROI.

  • Manage complete campaign lifecycle including setup, tracking, A/B testing, conversion tracking, and bid optimization.

  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies with high-performing funnels and landing pages.

  • Collaborate with design and development teams for creative assets and lead generation tools.

  • Perform technical SEO audits, implement on-page and off-page strategies, and optimize content for higher rankings.

  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and link-building strategies to drive organic traffic.

  • Monitor and analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Screaming Frog.

  • Prepare detailed performance reports and recommend improvements to campaigns.

  • Manage multiple clients and industries, ensuring campaigns meet sales and ROI goals.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and maintain effective communication for campaign alignment.

  • Contribute to innovation and testing of new strategies for continuous performance improvement.
