Job Description
The Human Resources Specialist is responsible for managing and supporting specific HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, training, benefits administration, and compliance. This role ensures smooth execution of HR processes, provides expert guidance on HR policies, and contributes to building a productive and engaged workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Staffing

Manage end-to-end recruitment including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer management.

Partner with managers to understand staffing needs and workforce planning.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Onboarding & Employee Integration

Facilitate new employee orientation and onboarding programs.

Ensure smooth integration of new hires into the organization.

Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
Employee Relations & Engagement

Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.

Support conflict resolution and promote a positive workplace culture.

Assist in employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs.
Compensation & Benefits

Administer employee benefits programs and respond to related queries.

Support payroll processing and maintain accurate data.

Conduct salary benchmarking and ensure competitive compensation practices.
