Job Description

The HR Executive is responsible for managing and supporting day-to-day human resources operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll support, benefits administration, and compliance. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth HR processes while fostering a positive employee experience and aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer letters.

  • Coordinate pre-employment checks and background verification.

  • Conduct employee onboarding and orientation sessions.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns.

  • Support initiatives to improve employee engagement and workplace culture.

  • Assist in resolving workplace issues with fairness and confidentiality.

HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems (HRIS/HRMS).

  • Draft and manage HR documents such as contracts, letters, and reports.

  • Ensure smooth execution of HR policies and procedures.

Payroll & Benefits Support

  • Assist with payroll processing by maintaining attendance and leave records.

  • Support benefits administration and handle related employee queries.

  • Ensure accurate payroll documentation and timely updates.

Performance & Development Support

  • Coordinate performance appraisal processes and maintain records.

  • Assist in identifying training needs and organizing workshops or sessions.

  • Support career development initiatives across the organization.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.

  • Prepare HR reports and metrics (headcount, turnover, leave, etc.).

  • Support HR audits and statutory documentation requirements.
