Job Description
The HR Executive is responsible for managing and supporting day-to-day human resources operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll support, benefits administration, and compliance. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth HR processes while fostering a positive employee experience and aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding

Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer letters.

Coordinate pre-employment checks and background verification.

Conduct employee onboarding and orientation sessions.
Employee Relations & Engagement

Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns.

Support initiatives to improve employee engagement and workplace culture.

Assist in resolving workplace issues with fairness and confidentiality.
HR Operations & Administration

Maintain and update employee records in HR systems (HRIS/HRMS).

Draft and manage HR documents such as contracts, letters, and reports.

Ensure smooth execution of HR policies and procedures.
Payroll & Benefits Support

Assist with payroll processing by maintaining attendance and leave records.

Support benefits administration and handle related employee queries.

Ensure accurate payroll documentation and timely updates.
Performance & Development Support

Coordinate performance appraisal processes and maintain records.

Assist in identifying training needs and organizing workshops or sessions.

Support career development initiatives across the organization.
Compliance & Reporting

Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.

Prepare HR reports and metrics (headcount, turnover, leave, etc.).
