Job Description
The HR Intern will support the Human Resources team in daily operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR administration, and other HR initiatives. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple HR functions and develop a strong foundation for a career in human resources.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding

Assist with job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.

Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers during the recruitment process.

Support pre-boarding and onboarding activities, including preparing documentation.
HR Administration

Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.

Prepare HR-related letters, reports, and presentations.

Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
Employee Engagement & Training

Help organize employee engagement activities, events, and surveys.

Assist in scheduling and coordinating training sessions.

Collect and analyze employee feedback for continuous improvement.
Payroll & Benefits Support
Compliance & Policies

Assist in updating HR policies and procedures.

Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling employee information.
