Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support reporting and analysis within merchandising and business performance functions. The role will involve preparing and sharing daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports covering sales, inventory, product categories, and key merchandising KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and distribute performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly) related to sales, inventory, and merchandising metrics.

• Conduct customized analysis and generate ad hoc reports to meet business needs.

• Collaborate with the Power BI development team to:

  • Assist in designing and developing new reports and dashboards.

  • Provide business insights to optimize reporting and enhance visualizations.

• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of all reporting outputs.

• Manage and maintain databases and data pipelines connected to merchandising performance metrics.

• Monitor data quality and resolve discrepancies in reports or dashboards.

• Partner with cross-functional teams (buying, planning, supply chain, finance) to deliver meaningful and actionable insights.

• Identify trends, highlight opportunities, and recommend improvements to drive merchandising performance.
