Job Description
The role involves managing end-to-end finance and accounting operations with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining proper books of accounts, managing payables and receivables, reconciling financial records, and ensuring adherence to statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and accounts in line with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Handle accounts payable and receivable, including timely invoicing, billing, collections, and vendor payments.

Reconcile bank statements and ensure consistency across internal financial records.

Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.

Prepare and submit periodic financial reports and MIS to management.

Provide support during internal and external audits by ensuring proper documentation and clarifications.

Ensure compliance with statutory regulations such as GST, TDS, PF, and ESI.

Process payroll, reimbursements, and employee-related payments in coordination with HR.

Maintain financial documentation related to contracts, claims, and billing.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial accounting of services rendered.
