We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel paid campaigns that drive measurable business growth. The role involves end-to-end campaign management across digital platforms, analytics-driven optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize ROI. Key Responsibilities

 

  • Develop and manage performance marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, affiliate marketing, and programmatic advertising.

  • Plan, set up, and execute campaigns including audience targeting, ad copy development, and budget allocation.

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, focusing on KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.

  • Conduct A/B tests, multivariate tests, and funnel optimizations to enhance outcomes.

  • Optimize ad spend to lower Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) while scaling traffic and conversions.

  • Build dashboards and reports to share insights, results, and recommendations with stakeholders.

  • Use multi-touch attribution to understand customer journeys and refine audience targeting.

  • Collaborate with creative teams to design impactful ad creatives and landing pages.

  • Coordinate with product and sales teams to align campaigns with broader business goals.
