We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage financial reporting, billing, and account reconciliation activities. The role involves analyzing and summarizing data from Excel reports, monitoring project statuses, and coordinating with insurance entities. The candidate will review accounts for transfer to collection agencies, evaluate patient statements after third-party collection attempts, and recommend appropriate actions such as account adjustments, payment plans, or write-offs.

Key responsibilities include:

• Analyzing Excel reports to summarize data and identify trends.

• Coordinating with insurance companies regarding ongoing projects.

• Reviewing accounts for collections and managing transfers to agencies.

• Evaluating patient accounts for payment arrangements, charity care, or bad debt adjustments.

• Conducting data analysis to identify patterns and implement innovative solutions.

• Responding to billing inquiries and resolving issues using knowledge of medical billing practices.

• Documenting all actions taken and maintaining accurate communication records.

• Ensuring payments, amounts, and records are accurate and up to date.

• Managing sales and purchase ledgers, journals, and filing cash transactions.

• Monitoring credit control, reconciling accounts, and following up on outstanding debts.
