Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and client-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) cum Account Manager to join our team in Jaipur. This role combines business acquisition with account management, serving as the primary liaison for both new and existing clients. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in managing state government or enterprise clients, along with a strong background in driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring smooth communication and relationship management.

Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities to meet revenue objectives.

Manage and expand existing client accounts by delivering excellent service and fostering long-term partnerships.

Build and maintain strong networks with state government and enterprise clients to enhance business opportunities.

Lead client presentations, negotiations, and contract finalizations with professionalism and confidence.

Work closely with internal teams (delivery, operations, finance) to ensure successful execution of client projects.

Monitor account performance, proactively resolve issues, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
