Job Description

The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role ensures that HR strategies align with organizational goals while fostering a positive and productive work culture. The HR Manager manages recruitment, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, compensation, compliance, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent.

  • Collaborate with leaders to forecast workforce needs and develop hiring strategies.

  • Oversee onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Act as a trusted advisor for employee issues and workplace conflicts.

  • Promote a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and high performance.

  • Implement employee engagement and retention initiatives.

Performance Management & Development

  • Design and manage performance review processes.

  • Support managers with goal-setting, coaching, and career development plans.

  • Identify training needs and oversee learning & development programs.

Compensation, Benefits & Payroll Oversight

  • Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits structures.

  • Oversee payroll accuracy and benefits administration.

  • Conduct market benchmarking and recommend improvements.

HR Policies & Compliance

  • Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and best practices.

  • Maintain accurate HR records and prepare HR reports.

Strategic HR Leadership

 

  • Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.

  • Provide HR insights and analytics to support decision-making.

  • Lead HR projects, change management, and organizational development initiatives.
