Job Description
The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract, source, and hire top talent. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers, developing sourcing strategies, conducting interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The HR Recruiter plays a key role in building a strong workforce aligned with the company’s goals and culture.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.

Partner with managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective job descriptions.

Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and employee referrals.

Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
Candidate & Stakeholder Management

Conduct phone screenings and initial interviews.

Coordinate interviews with hiring teams and provide feedback.

Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.

Maintain regular communication with hiring managers on recruitment progress.
Onboarding Support
Recruitment Operations

Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Provide weekly and monthly recruitment metrics and reports.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal recruitment policies.
Employer Branding

Promote the company’s employer brand across recruitment platforms.

Participate in career fairs, networking events, and campus recruitment drives.
