Job Description

The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract, source, and hire top talent. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers, developing sourcing strategies, conducting interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The HR Recruiter plays a key role in building a strong workforce aligned with the company’s goals and culture.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.

  • Partner with managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective job descriptions.

  • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and employee referrals.

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.

Candidate & Stakeholder Management

  • Conduct phone screenings and initial interviews.

  • Coordinate interviews with hiring teams and provide feedback.

  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.

  • Maintain regular communication with hiring managers on recruitment progress.

Onboarding Support

  • Assist with pre-employment checks and documentation.

  • Support the onboarding process to ensure successful integration of new hires.

Recruitment Operations

  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

  • Provide weekly and monthly recruitment metrics and reports.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal recruitment policies.

Employer Branding

 

  • Promote the company’s employer brand across recruitment platforms.

  • Participate in career fairs, networking events, and campus recruitment drives.
