Job Description

 

The Human Resource (HR) professional is responsible for managing and supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll, benefits, training, and compliance. This role ensures smooth HR operations, fosters a positive workplace culture, and aligns HR practices with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and selection processes.

  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new employees.

  • Support workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and workplace concerns.

  • Promote a positive and inclusive work culture.

  • Support employee engagement programs, surveys, and activities.

Performance Management & Development

  • Assist in performance appraisal cycles and maintaining evaluation records.

  • Identify training needs and support learning & development initiatives.

  • Coordinate career development and employee training sessions.

Compensation, Payroll & Benefits

  • Support payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.

  • Administer employee benefits and resolve related queries.

  • Assist with compensation benchmarking and HR data analysis.

Compliance & HR Policies

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.

  • Draft and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.

  • Prepare HR reports and support audits.

HR Administration & Systems

  • Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS/HRMS.

  • Generate HR reports and dashboards for management.

  • Support digital transformation and process improvements in HR operations.
