Job Description

 

The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle to identify, attract, and hire qualified candidates. This role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, developing sourcing strategies, conducting interviews, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience. The HR Recruiter plays a key role in building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline to support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Sourcing

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer management.

  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.

Candidate Management

  • Conduct initial screenings and shortlisting of candidates.

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

  • Ensure timely communication and a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with managers to define role requirements and competencies.

  • Provide updates on recruitment progress and market insights.

  • Advise hiring teams on best practices and interview techniques.

Onboarding & Compliance

  • Support pre-employment checks, reference verification, and documentation.

  • Assist with onboarding to ensure a smooth integration of new hires.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws during recruitment.

Employer Branding

  • Promote the organization’s employer brand through digital channels, career fairs, and events.

  • Represent the company in networking and recruitment activities.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

  • Prepare recruitment reports and provide insights to management.
