Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Specialist to handle end-to-end purchasing processes, build strong supplier networks, and implement cost-effective procurement strategies. The role requires excellent negotiation skills, technical expertise, and proficiency in budgeting, contract management, and market analysis. The selected candidate will play a key role in reducing costs while ensuring quality standards are maintained in data center operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supplier & Vendor Management: Establish and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure reliability, quality, and cost efficiency.

• Purchasing Operations: Manage procurement of equipment and services for data center operations, ensuring timely and optimized purchasing decisions.

• Negotiation: Lead negotiations on contracts, pricing, and terms to secure favorable deals and maximize value.

• Technical Evaluation: Utilize technical expertise to assess, compare, and select appropriate hardware, software, and service solutions.

• Cost Control & Budgeting: Monitor and manage budgets, introducing cost control strategies while maintaining high-quality standards.

• Contract Oversight: Administer supplier contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and handling renewals, modifications, or closures as required.

• Market Research: Analyze industry trends, research new vendors, and explore innovative opportunities for savings and efficiency improvements.
