Job Description

The HR Manager is responsible for planning, leading, and managing all human resources functions to support the organization’s strategic goals. This role oversees recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, compensation, compliance, and HR operations. The HR Manager ensures HR policies and practices foster a positive workplace culture while aligning with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment and selection process.

  • Partner with department heads to forecast workforce needs.

  • Ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new employees.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Act as a trusted advisor on employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution.

  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to promote retention and job satisfaction.

  • Foster a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and high performance.

Performance Management & Development

  • Oversee the performance review process and goal-setting framework.

  • Provide coaching and support to managers on employee development.

  • Identify training needs and implement learning & development programs.

Compensation, Benefits & Payroll Oversight

  • Manage compensation structures and benefits administration.

  • Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with policies.

  • Conduct benchmarking to maintain competitive pay structures.

HR Policies & Compliance

  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety regulations, and employment standards.

  • Maintain HR records, reports, and audits.

Strategic HR Leadership

  • Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.

  • Provide HR analytics and insights for decision-making.

  • Lead HR projects and change management initiatives.
