Job Description
The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing the company’s human resources operations and ensuring HR strategies align with organizational objectives. This role manages recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, payroll, and learning & development while fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Workforce Planning

Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.

Partner with department heads to identify staffing needs and workforce planning.

Oversee onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
Employee Relations & Engagement

Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns and conflict resolution.

Drive employee engagement initiatives to promote retention and productivity.

Build and maintain a culture of inclusion, respect, and collaboration.
Performance Management & Development

Lead performance appraisal processes and goal-setting frameworks.

Support career development, coaching, and training initiatives.

Identify learning needs and coordinate training programs.
Compensation, Benefits & Payroll Oversight

Ensure accurate payroll processing and benefits administration.

Conduct salary benchmarking and recommend compensation adjustments.

HR Compliance & Policies

Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures.
