Job Description

The HR Executive is responsible for supporting and managing core human resources functions including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, compliance, and HR administration. This role ensures smooth HR operations, provides guidance to employees, and contributes to a positive workplace culture while aligning HR practices with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.

  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.

  • Support workforce planning and staffing requirements.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.

  • Support employee engagement activities and events.

  • Assist in resolving workplace issues and maintaining positive employee relations.

Performance Management & Training

  • Support performance appraisal processes and maintain records.

  • Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and employee development programs.

  • Track employee progress and assist managers with performance improvement plans.

Payroll, Compensation & Benefits

  • Assist with payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.

  • Administer employee benefits and resolve related queries.

  • Support compensation benchmarking and HR reporting.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain employee records in HR systems and databases.

  • Prepare HR letters, documentation, and compliance reports.

  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, HR policies, and organizational standards.
