Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Telecaller for our Loan Department. The role involves making outbound calls to potential and existing customers regarding personal, home, and business loans, explaining loan products, eligibility, documentation, and benefits. The candidate will be responsible for generating and following up on leads, maintaining accurate customer records in CRM, and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Additionally, the telecaller will handle customer queries and objections, build strong relationships, and support the sales team by scheduling meetings or transferring qualified leads.
