Job Description

 

The HR Executive plays a key role in managing the organization’s human resources by ensuring smooth HR operations, supporting employee relations, overseeing recruitment, and assisting in the implementation of HR policies and procedures. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding

    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and coordination with hiring managers.

    • Facilitate smooth onboarding and induction programs for new employees.

  • Employee Relations & Engagement

    • Address employee queries and grievances in a timely and professional manner.

    • Support employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.

  • HR Operations & Compliance

    • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and databases.

    • Assist with payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.

    • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

  • Performance Management

    • Assist in the implementation and monitoring of performance appraisal systems.

    • Provide support in identifying training and development needs.

  • Policy & Process Management

    • Support the development and communication of HR policies and procedures.

    • Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and practices.
