Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• B2B Lead Generation: Research and identify new business opportunities by sourcing leads through B2B portals, networking, and industry-specific resources.
• Lead Management: Actively manage leads from B2B portals, ensuring timely follow-up and qualification of prospects.
• Telecalling: Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce products, gather relevant information, and qualify leads.
• Product Sampling: Coordinate and provide product samples to prospects, ensuring timely follow-up and gathering feedback to facilitate conversion.
• Follow-Up & Nurturing: Regularly follow up with leads to keep them engaged, build rapport, and move them through the sales pipeline.
• Exhibition Planning: Assist in planning and executing exhibitions to promote Fenton Chemicals' products, generate new leads, and expand the customer base.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and fostering long-term business relationships.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
• Lead Conversion Rate: The percentage of leads that convert into customers.
• Lead Response Time: The time taken to respond to leads from B2B portals.
• Exhibition Lead Generation: Number of leads generated during exhibitions.
• Follow-Up Success Rate: Percentage of leads that progress through the sales pipeline.
• Sample Conversion Rate: Percentage of customers who place an order after receiving product samples.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with potential clients and customers.
• Goal-Oriented: Focused on meeting and exceeding lead generation and sales targets.
• Sales & Negotiation Skills: Ability to persuade prospects, close deals, and negotiate terms that benefit both the company and customers.

• Experience in B2B Sales: Previous experience in lead generation, telecalling, or sales, preferably in the chemicals or manufacturing industry.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software for lead tracking and managing customer data (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM).
