The Director of Edtech Business Management will take full ownership of revenue, business strategy, and operational excellence across all verticals and franchises, driving 360-degree growth and long-term sustainability in a dynamic EdTech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute robust business strategies to achieve revenue and profit goals through organic and franchise-driven models.
- Oversee daily operations, including product, sales, marketing, customer success, and finance, ensuring all activities align with the growth vision.
- Spearhead franchise onboarding, development, and support programs to optimize success across all partner locations.
- Monitor and analyze key business metrics, market trends, and customer/partner feedback to inform tactical pivots and scaling decisions.
- Build and empower high-performance teams, nurturing an agile, performance-oriented culture.
- Foster strategic alliances and partnerships, negotiate high-value contracts, and maintain crucial stakeholder relationships.
- Lead risk management, compliance, and quality assurance initiatives.
- Represent the company at key events and industry forums to enhance brand credibility and market reach.
Ownership and Revenue Model
- This is a revenue sharing role: compensation is entirely performance-based for the initial 3 months, after which a fixed monthly payout may be structured contingent on performance and completion of probation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Education Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 7–10 years in EdTech business management or a comparable leadership role, with a demonstrable record in revenue generation and team building.
- Deep understanding of the education technology sector, franchise operations, and the financial levers of digitally driven businesses.
- Exceptional strategic, analytical, and operational execution skills.
- Outstanding leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
Probation and Compensation Structure
- Initial 3-month probation with 100% revenue-sharing compensation; post-probation, fixed compensation may be negotiated based on performance and mutual agreement.
