Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Telecaller / Back-end Operations Executive, where you will be the bridge between customers and business operations. This hybrid role offers exposure to client communication, data management, and multiple backend functions including customer relations, administration, and HR support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Telecalling Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.
  • Explain products/services and address customer queries.
  • Maintain positive customer relationships and follow up for conversions.
  • Update call records and ensure accuracy in databases.

Back-end Operations Responsibilities

  • Assist in day-to-day business operations such as data entry, report preparation, and record management.
  • Support roles across backend functions:
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Executive Assistance
  • Purchase Coordination
  • Admin Support
  • HR Assistance
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.

Requirements

  • Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).
  • Strong communication skills in Hindi & English (additional regional language is a plus).
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Emails, CRM tools).
  • Ability to multitask and handle both customer-facing and operational responsibilities.
  • Positive attitude with willingness to learn and adapt.
