Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lead .NET Core Developer to design, implement, and maintain robust and scalable applications. This role requires expertise in backend technologies, database management, and cloud platforms. Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers in designing, coding, testing, and deploying .NET Core applications.

• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to team members.

• Architect scalable and high-performance systems aligned with business requirements.

• Implement coding best practices, design patterns, and architecture standards.

• Develop robust backend solutions using .NET Core and SQL for optimized database operations.

• Work with OpenSearch, Redis, MongoDB, and related technologies.

• Leverage AWS services such as Lambda and EventBridge to create efficient serverless solutions.

• Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and stakeholders to meet business goals.

• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to quality standards.

• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive system improvements.

• Stay updated with emerging technologies, AWS advancements, and modern DevOps practices.
