Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee and manage end-to-end accounting and financial operations. The role requires expertise in accounting, compliance, reporting, and financial planning, along with leadership abilities to guide the accounts team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee overall accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.

• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations such as GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, and ESI.

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements along with MIS reports.

• Monitor and manage cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting activities.

• Coordinate with auditors, bankers, tax consultants, and government authorities.

• Develop, implement, and maintain internal financial controls and accounting policies.

• Manage vendor and customer accounts, ensuring timely payments and collections.

• Supervise, mentor, and support the accounts team to ensure accuracy and efficiency in operations.

• Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making by management.
