Job Description
Location: Noida, Faridabad, Gurgaon, Jaipur
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Sell **Business LAP products** for the organization.
• Plan & execute the **Business LAP strategy** for the month/quarter to ensure regional goals are achieved and exceeded.
• Identify potential channel partners based on agreed profiles and ensure tie-ups are in accordance with the **business plan & SOPs**.
• Manage relationships with **DSAs, connectors, and individual partners** for business lead generation.
• Control & monitor the **distribution network** and plan **sales promotion activities**.
• Handle documentation and support customers in building application files, while mitigating issues effectively.
• Coordinate with support functions to ensure **optimum TAT and service delivery**.
• Provide feedback to customers on **loan status & resolutions required.
• Maintain strong customer centricity and foster a culture of customer satisfaction across all team levels.
Skills Required:
• Strong knowledge of **Loan Against Property (LAP) products**
• **Sales & Business Development** expertise in financial services
• Ability to **plan, execute & achieve sales targets**
• **Channel Partner Development** & Relationship Management (DSAs, connectors, etc.)
• Good understanding of **credit policies & loan documentation**
• Strong **networking and negotiation skills.
