Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Techno-Commercial professional for  our North India operations based out of Delhi. The ideal candidate will have 10–12 years of relevant experience, preferably in the material handling industry, with a strong blend of technical knowledge and business acumen. This role will call for regional sales and       co-ordinate with service team and be responsible for managing key accounts, driving business growth, and handling techno-commercial negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the sales at North India regional office, based in Delhi, as Marketing Manager.

Supervise and coordinate a team of Service Engineers across the northern region.

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.

Engage with key clients like Hero, Maruti, Mahindra, Tata, Honda, and others to build strong, long-term relationships.

Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals/quotations tailored to customer requirements.

Lead commercial negotiations and ensure alignment with client needs and internal margins.

Monitor service delivery standards and customer satisfaction.

Coordinate closely with the technical and production teams for customization, timelines, and project execution.

Identify new business opportunities and emerging market trends in the region.

Candidate Profile:

Engineering background (Mechanical/Electrical preferred); MBA will be an added advantage.

10–12 years of experience in techno-commercial roles, preferably in material handling or capital equipment industries.

Proven track record in sales leadership, client engagement, and commercial negotiations.

Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written – with the ability to interact at all levels of client organizations.

Strong understanding of pricing, costing, and solution-based sales.

Ability to lead and mentor a performance-driven team.

Well-organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented.

Based in Delhi NCR or willing to relocate.

Comfortable with travel across North India for business development and client management.
