Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Techno-Commercial professional for our North India operations based out of Delhi. The ideal candidate will have 10–12 years of relevant experience, preferably in the material handling industry, with a strong blend of technical knowledge and business acumen. This role will call for regional sales and co-ordinate with service team and be responsible for managing key accounts, driving business growth, and handling techno-commercial negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the sales at North India regional office, based in Delhi, as Marketing Manager.
• Supervise and coordinate a team of Service Engineers across the northern region.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
• Engage with key clients like Hero, Maruti, Mahindra, Tata, Honda, and others to build strong, long-term relationships.
• Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals/quotations tailored to customer requirements.
• Lead commercial negotiations and ensure alignment with client needs and internal margins.
• Monitor service delivery standards and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate closely with the technical and production teams for customization, timelines, and project execution.
• Identify new business opportunities and emerging market trends in the region.

Candidate Profile:
• Engineering background (Mechanical/Electrical preferred); MBA will be an added advantage.
• 10–12 years of experience in techno-commercial roles, preferably in material handling or capital equipment industries.
• Proven track record in sales leadership, client engagement, and commercial negotiations.
• Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written – with the ability to interact at all levels of client organizations.
• Strong understanding of pricing, costing, and solution-based sales.
• Ability to lead and mentor a performance-driven team.
• Well-organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
