We are looking for a dynamic and well-organized Administrative cum Business Coordinator to manage daily administrative operations and support business coordination across departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling office correspondence, documentation, scheduling, vendor management, and coordinating between teams to ensure smooth workflow. This role also involves assisting in the preparation of reports, proposals, and presentations, The candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in MS Office tools, and strong organizational abilities. Knowledge of Canva is a must, as the role will also require creating business presentations, marketing materials, and internal communication designs.
A graduate/postgraduate with 2–5 years of relevant experience will be preferred. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain exposure in both administrative management and business operations while contributing to the overall efficiency and growth of the organization.
