Job Description

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce ApkiReturn’s services.

• Understand client requirements and provide relevant information about our offerings.

• Schedule appointments or follow-ups for the sales team.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, client details, and follow-ups in the CRM system.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and leads generated.

• Handle client queries professionally and escalate issues when necessary.

• Coordinate with the marketing and sales team to support campaigns and lead generation activities.
