Job Description – Academic Counsellor

We are looking for a smart and enthusiastic academic counsellor to join our team. The role involves guiding and counselling students about various creative courses such as UI/UX design, graphic design, game design, VFX, animation, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

· Counsel students and parents regarding course details, career opportunities, and admission procedures.

· Handle walk-in and telephonic enquiries, explain course structures, and guide students to choose the right programme.

· Follow up with leads and maintain admission records.

· Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams to meet admission targets.

· Represent the institute professionally and ensure a high standard of student experience.

Requirements:

·         Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.

·         Confident, persuasive, and student-focused approach.

·         Graduation in any stream; experience in counselling or education sales preferred.

·         Good computer and coordination skills.
