Handle student admissions and convert leads into enrollments
Counsel students & parents regarding courses and career paths
Conduct field visits to schools/colleges and local market areas for admissions
Build partnerships for seminars, workshops, and events
Handle walk-ins, inquiries & follow-ups
Support center marketing activities & student engagement events
Maintain reports, lead trackers & achieve admission targets
Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA preferred)
1–5 years experience in BDM/Admissions/Sales (Ed-Tech or Training Institute preferred)
Strong communication & convincing skills
Target-oriented & proactive personality
Must be comfortable with field work + office work
Two-wheeler preferred
